White pillowcase with embroidered floral design and button backs. It has five oval designs with a flower design inside. Straight lines decorate three sides. All decoration is in white. The ovals all have circles on one side and a solid line on the other, with a flower and stem on the inside. On the side with the solid line, there is another oval protruding from it slightly with cutwork with circles on it in the middle. It is completely outlined in a solid line.

These were made by the donor's aunt, Katherine Larenzakis, who was from Canea, Crete.
