Object Description
Postcard with a photo of the Ford Motor Company on the front. The bottom left of the photo has started to fade and the card is slightly wrinkled.
Origin
These photographs were donated by John Secaras, along with several other items.
The photos were taken during the early 1900s, and at least some of them were taken by a man named George Phillos, possibly the same man who took the Princess Confectionary photos. Some of the photographs were taken and/or printed in Bloomington, IL. Based on the variety of subject matter, it is likely that this is simply a personal photograph collection amassed over a couple decades. There are several photographs that appear to be from trips or vacations, as well as a number of pictures showing men in uniform.
