The bottom of the photo reads "Vieille Athenes - Anaphiotica" with writing in Greek beside it. The back of the card has a number 6 in the top left corner and "Copyright 1930 by Nelly's-Athenes, Hermes 21" at the bottom.

This postcard came from Athens. Athens was named after the Greek goddess Athena, and is the capital city of Greece.
