Object Description
Color photograph of a man and a woman standing by a podium which says "Knickerbocker." The man is in front of the microphone and is wearing a black jacket with a white shirt and a red tie. On his left there is a woman wearing a black dress with a black lace on the top, black hose, black shoes, and silvery earrings. She also has a white flower on her dress.
Origin
Dr. Michael Bakalis, Greek American Community Services Board member and master of ceremonies presents the GACS Heritage Award to Greek Star columnist Kathryn Adinamis during the Fifth Annual GACS Heritage Awards Dinner held on October 11, 1991 at the Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago. The theme of the dinner was "Greek-American Communicators in the 1990s."
