Chris Tomaras speaks after receiving the Greek-American Community Services Heritage Award during the seventh annual GACS Heritage Awards Dinner held on October 22, 1993 at Knickerbocker Chicago Hotel. The theme of the dinner was "Entrepreneurs in 90s."
