Object Description
Black and white photograph of two men shaking hands. There is a microphone in the bottom left corner of the picture and what looks like a drum set in the back. The man on the left has a white flower in his lapel and a white spot on his ear. They are both wearing grey suits and white shirts. The one on the right is also wearing a jacket. The one on the left has a lights striped tie while the one on the right has a dark striped tie. The back of the photo says "Sam with Gov. Otto Kerner."  and has a stamp from a photography company in Chicago.
Origin
Otto Kerner was the Governor of Illinois from 1961-1968. He was convicted of mail fraud, perjury, and conspiracy. He died in 1976 due to terminal cancer.
