Object Description
Color photo of the St. Nicholas Albanian Church chior inside the church. The chior members are wearing red robes with white sashes. To the left of the photo, there is a man wearing a black robe and a golden cross. There are candles lit on the left side of the photo, and pews are visible in the foreground. The photo appears to have been printed on paper.
Origin
St. Nicholas Albanian Church was founded in 1944. Their first church building was purchased in 1947. The founders were from the southeastern part of Albania, a city called Korca. They are said to have an icon of Mother Mary that weeps as though by a miracle. Many visitors come to see this icon.
