Object Description
Color photograph of four men standing in front of the American flag. The man on the left is wearing glasses and a grey jacket with white shirt and grey tie. He is also wearing a dark blue and golden hat. Next to him is a man in a yellow jacket, suit and tie. He has one hand on a certificate that the man next to him, wearing a grey jacket with cream colored shirt and green tie, is holding. The certificate is too small to make out, but it has a golden sticker in the bottom left corner. Next to him, there is a man in a black jacket with a white shirt and brown tie standing by a podium with a speaker. The photo has red spots on the front. The photo says "Nov 69" on the right side.
