This black and white photo depicts two men shaking hands. The man on the left is an older man in a white short-sleeved shirt and black pants. The man on the right is inside of a large truck (Ford F600). He is in a suit and tie. Along the side of the truck is a large white banner which reads (most of the words get cut off)
