A blank-and-white photographic print. This is a head and shoulders portrait of a man. He is bald on top with hair on the sides. His wearing wire-rimmed glasses with round lenses. He is wearing a white collared shirt with a dark tie and a dark gray jacket. Print in the lower left corner says "BLANK & STOLLER, INC." Written in the lower right corner is the following:

Charles R. Walgreen, Sr. Was the founder of the Walgreens pharmacy chain. Walgreens was founded in Chicago in 1901 and is now the largest pharmacy and drug store chain in the United States.
