Object Description
Black and white photograph / wedding portrait of a bride and a groom. The groom is dressed in a black suit with a light colored vest, white shirt and a white bow-tie.  He has thick dark hair and is wearing it neatly brushed back.  The bride also has dark hair and is either wearing it short or pulled back under her chapel length wedding veil.  Her bridal gown is almost floor-length, and is white with long sleeves.  She is wearing matching pumps, each sporting a single satin bow the same color as the shoe.

The background is dark, and appears to be a painted mural of Cyprus trees.  The groom is standing to her right and holding her right arm while she is holding a wedding bouquet of two long stemmed Chrysanthemums and lush greenery swaddled in what looks like sheer organza.  Long sheer ribbons adorned with leaves tie the bouquet together and cascade almost to the floor.
Origin
Donated by Coula Papadatos. Photo is cira 1930's and 40's. The couple in the photo are possibly Andrew and Vasse Conty. The relation to Coula is unknown.
