Black and white photograph of George Zaverdas at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church. George is standing dressed in his black robes. He is standing on the side of the alter. There are candles and flowers all over the alter.
Origin
Donated by Nick and Antigone Zaverdas. The picture is of George Zaverdas, Nick's father. George was a chanter and sexton at Assumption Church of Chicago (601 S. Central Ave Chicago, IL) Circa 1944.
