Sign from the Illinois Restaurant Association stating "Pursuant to the Municipal Code of Chicago this restaurant has set aside a minimum of 30% of its dining area as non-smoking. Penalties for violation range from $100 to $500. If you have any questions or complaints, call the Chicago Department of Health at (312)744-8500." The sign is written in red lettering on a white background.
