Object Description
A black and white photo of a 4th of July display case at The Pallas Candy Co. The display case has two mannequins, one representing Uncle Sam, the other Goddess Liberty. The mannequins stand to the right of the display. On the left there is a cannon. All around the rest of the display is various cups and boxes of chocolates. Around the pillars, there are shelves which hold glasses of candy. To the left of the display case, there is a man dressed in all white, holding onto the flag which is outside of the store. There are also many little American Flags throughout the display.
Origin
Constantinos Lukis donated photos from his father's buisness, The Pallas Candy Company, which was located in Butte, Montana. This is a window display for the July 4th celebration.It portrays "Uncle Sam and the Goddess of Liberty."
