Outdoor black and white photograph taken at night, which shows a crowd of people in a procession.  The night sky creates a dark backdrop and stark contrast to the Epitaphios, a beautifully carved bier topped with a gazebo-type canopy, which is on a wheeled cart.  It is covered with fresh flowers and greenery and has a large cross, which is also covered with flowers, hanging from its top.  People of all ages, dressed in dress coats and overcoats, are gathered on the right, on the left, and behind the Epitaphios.
