In the background, you can see a misty looking mountain range looming up behind them.  In the foreground, four men are leading a larger formation of armed, uniformed men who are marching  behind them. Two of the leading men are carrying flags, one American and one Greek. The photograph is matted on a cream background and framed in a simple, dark wooden frame.
