Formal portrait of Stilianos Panagopoulos.
Origin
Stilianos Panagopoulos from Meligala, Greece brought his daughters Ioanna and Ourania to the USA in 1920. After leaving his daughters safely with his brother and his wife he planned to return with his family, wife, 3 sons and a daughter but never returned. He died from tetanus after stepping on a nail. The rest of the family remained in Greece and teh 2 daughters made a life in the USA.
