The paper has aged, showing discoloration with dark spots, has tears along the edges with significate damage at the bottom, along with a piece of clear tape below the article's title. At the top, the title is prominently displayed in bold black text and reads, "Greek Pictures Displayed." Below the title, the article states, "Mayor Among Large Crowd at Maryland Institute."
