Object Description
A typed letter written in English with black ink on paper. The letter is from W. Wheatly, the District Director of the U.S. Department of Labor Naturalization Service, requesting Mr. Harilaus E. Economidy, the husband of Mrs. Maria Economidy, to attend on Dec. 8, 1925, at the District Clerk's Office. The header at the top center of the letter reads, "U.S. Department of Labor Naturalization Service." Below the header is an additional text that reads, "District Director of Naturalization, Room 215 New Post Office Building, New Orleans, LA." The date "Nov. 27, 1925" is on the right side below the address. The file letter's number "1005/2307*C-79791" is in the far right top corner. Near the center, left-hand-side is the recipient information, which reads, "Mr. Harilaus E. Economidy, 2609-35th St,. Galveston, Texas." In the center is the letter's context, composed of two short paragraphs and a signature sign by W. Wheatly.
