In the center of the document is the date reading, December 9, 1925. Underneith the date is the assumed header which reads, " Attention-Mr. W. Wheatley, District Director." The letter is addressed to the U.S Department of Labor on 215 New Port Office Building in News Orleans, La, and is signed up by H. Economidy, the husband of Mrs. Maria Economidy.
