Underneith the headers is text that reads, Mrs. A.K Newby 704 Marshall Avenue Houston, Texas." On the top, left corner are a list of individuals: Dr. S.W Longan, Editor in Chief, Mrs. R.E McDonnell, Managing Editor, and Miss Betty Lindgren, Advertising and Circulation Manager. To the right, top corner, is a list of "Associate Editors": Mrs. W.G. Zimmerman, Kansas City, Mo. Mrs. Harold L. Pike, Whiting, Iowa, and Mrs. A.K. Newby, Houston, Texas.  At the bottom, right corner, is text stating the addressor, "To Mrs. H. E. Economidy, 6444 Vanderbilt Houston, Texas." The letter is signed off by the Leon C. Newby. Underneith the signature is additional text reading, "Mrs. A. K. Newby, Chairman International Relations Committee Houston Federation of Women's Clubs."
