A typed three paragraph resignation letter with black ink text. The document is dated March 13, 1936. In the top center is the header, typed in blue ink, reading, "State of Texas Board of Insurance Commissioners, Life Division, Austin" with a the state seal of Texas place above. In the upper left corner is the name of the chairman, "R.L. Daniel, Chairman of the Board and Life Insurance Commissioner." On the top right corner is the name of the actuary of the board, "Merlin Oates, F.A.I.A,. Actuary of the Board." The letter is addressed in Mr. H. Economidy, the late husband of Mrs. Maria Economidy.  The document is signed by R.L. Daniel, chairman of the Board of Insurance Commissioners. Located in the bottom left corner is text written in Greek using black pen.
