Object Description
An aged newspaper page of an article typed in black ink. The newspaper is written by Mrs. Marie Economidy and is from The Galveston Daily News, dated Sunday, January 23, 1927, fifteen ed. The article is titled " Wine God's Festivals Were Beginnings of Greek Drama” “Great Tragedies of Golden Age Evolved from Dionysus cult.” Located on the right-hand-side is a black and white photograph of the theater of Dionysus. The article has tears and cut lines along the edges of the newspaper.
