The names read: (Center) top Tom Connally, Tex., Chairman. (Left): Walter F. George. GA. Elbert D. Thomas, Utah. Millard E. Tydings, MD. Claude Pepper, FLA. Theodore Francis Green, R.I. Brien MC MAHON, CONN. J.W. Fulbright, ARK. (Right): Arthur H. Vandenberg, MICH. Alexander Wiley, WIS. H. Alexander Smith, N.J. Bourke B. Hickenlooper, IOWA. Henry Cabot Lodge, Jr., MASS. F (Center bottom): Francis O. Wilcox, Chief of Staff. In the center. Located in the top center is the text, "United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relation with the date February 19, 1949. The letter is address to Dr. Henry Cohen with his address information typed near the left-hand-side corner, reading, "Dr. Henry Cohen, Henry Cohen Community House, 22nd at Avenue I Galveston, Texas. The letter reads, "Dear Doctor Cohen: This refers to your letter of February 15 in behalf of Mrs. Marie Economidy of Galveston, who has made application for a position with the Aid to Greece program. I have been pleased to take up the matter with the officials here and have brought to their attention your fine estimate of Mrs. Economidy. With best wishes, I am. Sincerely, Tom Connelly." Located on the bottom left-hand-side is the text, "TC/3M".
