There is a medallion in the middle of the frame that says "GEN'L WILLIAM J. DONOVAN," and on the left side of the frame is a panel that reads "Distinguished Service Award Presented to George and Helias Doundoulakis by The OSS Society Washington, D.C. November 7, 2015."

George and Helias Doundoulakis' distinguished service award given to them in honor of their service to the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) during the World War II.
