Object Description
Digital copy of a black and white photograph showing twelve men wearing suits. There are five men standing behind seven men seated. The words "Maurice Chicago" are located on the bottom right side of the photograph.
Origin
The man standing on the far left of the photograph is Peter Trougas. Trougas was born in 1885 in Sparta, Greece, and immigrated from to Chicago, Illinois around 1900. He owned a bar called the Vila Rica, which was located at 2810 N. Clark St. Later, he owned the Century Club at 2818 Clark St., where the Century Theaters are now. The business was known as "The Club" by its regular customers.

The group of men in the photograph are members of an unknown Greek American organization.
