Object Description
Green and black dress with shiny, golden buttons on the cuffs. On the back is thin purple and gold trimming. Inside, at the bottom, is a multi-colored floral and stellar pattern. Inside, at the top, there is a gold striped pattern. Additionally, there are small hooks and metal buttons in order to secure one's chest.
Origin
Original wedding dress, about 100 years old and in good condition. It was used for a wedding in Slimnitsa, Kastoria, Greece between Evdoxia (Zikas), who wore the dress, and Christos (Milios) Karabinas.
