In this interview, Alexander Billinis discusses his childhood in Salt Lake City, Utah and his family life. He speaks about his dual identities as a Greek and an American as well as his books, Hidden Mosaics: An Aegean Tale and The Eagle Has Two Faces: Journeys Through Byzantine Europe. Billinis details living in various countries and the cultural connections among the peoples of the Balkans.
