The State of Ohio, Franklin County, ss. To Any Person Legally Authorized to Solemnize Marriges in the State of Ohio J, Homer Z. Bostwick Judge of the Probate Court, within and for the County and State aforesaid, have licensed and do hereby License and Authorize Mr. George Varis and Miss Anne Nick Evangelos to be joined in marriage. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, at Columbus, Ohio, this 5th day of June A.D. 1931 Homer Z. Bostwick Judge of the Probate Court by Ray S. Batis Deputy Clerk N.B. - Unless the person solemnizing the marriage, return a certificate thereof to the Probate Court within thirty days after performing ceremony, he is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof may be punished by a fine of Fifty ($50) Dollars.
