Scale used in the Pan Hellenic Pastry Shop. The scale was manufactured in Troy, Ohio. It was one cent values, and two cent values. There is a yellow sticker on the side that says, in Greek, "Find us in the Yellow Pages".

When Chicago put out a law around 2000, shops were required to switch to digital scales and this one became obsolete. They kept it in the shop until it closed in 2017.
