The outside edges of the pages are golden colored as well. The inside has green with a design in dark green. The pages are lined with green and have a design on the outside. The journal has a list of names with their parent's below it, or where their parents came from. There are 271 names in all.

The people in the journal all appear to be Greek immigrants or the descendants of Greek immigrants. No explaination of the names is given.
