Rectangular dough scraper. Unsharpened rectangular piece of metal with rounded edges and rectangular wooden handle. The metal goes more than halfway through the piece of wood. There are two yellow metal circles on either side of the piece of wood with green around them. The edges of the piece of wood are rounded and worn.

Dough scrapers are used to pick up, turn, and portion dough. Dough scrapers must be rigid in order to slice through the dough or scrape excess dough off of the counters once one is done working the dough.
