This is an almost rectangular piece of cloth with purple velvet on the front embroidered with golden thread. The back is pink a pattern of three white circles in a cluster repeating. The design is similar to the vest (F2016.84). However, in this piece the purple cloth is more evident. There is a notch on the top left of the fabric, above which the cloth sticks out more. There is also a circle of the golden braiding at this point. The design features a flower-like shape.

This looks as though it is a part of a costume, corresponding to F2016.84 and F2016.86. This object appears to be a sleeve for the vest.
