Hand made metal potato/vegetable slicer with a ruffled patern.
Origin
Accompanied by note from donor: The potato-vegetable slicer (makes fancy french fries because of its fluted part) was made by Uncle Peter Kapteros in Plomari, Greece about 1947. He was a plumber and sodered (sic) many things.
