Object Description
A large rectangular paper ticket with a perforated left-hand edge and a perforated top right corner. The front is printed with a black border and a photo of stone male figures from an ancient frieze on a red background. In the top right corner is a circle that says TEN in Greek at the top, then DR. 10 at the bottom. In the inner circle is in Greek, "Numb. DS. 716. "The ticket is labeled also in Greek, National Archaeological Museum, Class A." On the back is a timetable in Greek and French. "The Museums are Open:" Then the headings, "Museums, 10 Oct. - 31 March, 1 April - 30 September" And then all the times for the Archaeological, Acropilis, Epigraphic, and Numismatic museums for those dates. At the bottom are the times for Sundays and Holidays, and prohibitions against smoking and touching the artifacts.
