A rectangular metal pin. The face is embossed with the letters USA on a black background, and the letters are inked in to look like they are cut out of an American flag. The surface is covered in clear shiny plastic. The back has crosshatching on the surface and a pin post. in the center.
Helias Doundoulakis was in the OSS, the precursor to the CIA, during WWII. This pin was included among various military and patriotic pins and medals, and appears to be a simple patriotic pin. Similar pins are still made today.
