A gold-framed icon entitled "Agioi Anargeri," or "Holy Unmercenaries." The figures are stamped in aluminum with their hands and their faces painted on paper behind the metal.

"Holy Unmercenaries" are Greek Orthodox saints who received no payment for their medical services.
