This painting was created on a wooden oval cross-section from a tree. The perimeter is still covered in tree bark. The painting depicts a man in a green shirt and black vest sitting side saddle on a black donkey. The donkey has two baskets strapped to its back. Behind them, in the distance, there are trees and mountains. The artist's signature is at the bottom of the painting, but illegible. On the back is a triangular metal wall hanger attacked with two small nails. The back is unfinished wood.
