Object Description
A photograph of the donor's father (right), George Z. Papachristos at 17 and his brother Spiros (left). Both men are wearing suites and ties with pins in the jacket lapel. The photo is in a gold metal frame. The decorative frame has a circular leaf pattern around the outside. There is a metal stand attached to the bottom of the back of the frame. At the top of the frame there are two gold and green tassels looped through the frame.
Origin
George and Spiros Papachristos immigrated to the U.S. from Greece in 1912 at the age of 16 or 17. They went back to Greece in the late 1930's. After WWII they moved to Utah. After living in Utah they moved to Chicago.
