This oil painting depicts two women in a room. One is sitting on a bed the other is bending down by the fire. There are various pots and pans hanging on the wall by the fireplace. There is an open window letting in light at the head of the bed. The floor of the room is wooden with a small red carpet. The decorative wooden frame is painted gold. The matting is an off-white material. There is a metal wire hanger attached to the back of the frame. "82797 Pappas, Husa, Fine Sand Panel" written on pencil on back of frame. Dimensions: 40 x 56.375 x 2.5. The artist signed the bottom right of the canvas "B. S(rest of signature is illegible)
