Object Description
Medium sized wooden bowl. Isn't very deep, used to crush harder food items. No ornamentation.
Origin
Listed in donor and accession file as "Goudi & Goudoheri", more commonly known as a pestle and mortar. The mortar is a bowl, typically made of hard wood, ceramic or stone. The substance to be ground is placed in the mortar and ground, crushed or mixed with the pestle.

These items belonged to Marina's great grandmother, Eleni Mihail Palamidou, who gave it to Marina's mother, who in turn, took it with her wherever she went.
