Fancy hand-held, ladies' fan made of black floral lace with metallic gold accents. Ribbing is made of black plastic.  The ribbing at the bottom, however, has a red/black hue to it. The base of the ribbing is also generously adorned with metallic gold designs. At the very bottom of the fan, a small, gold horse-shoe shaped loop runs through the bottom of each rib.
