Suitcase record player made by Waters Conley. The case is warped in a blue leather material that is pealing. Inside the case is a turntable covered in dark blue felt, decorative grate, needle, arm for player, compartment for spare needles. In the top section of the case there is a compartment for records held closed by a latch. "Phonola" is printed on this section. There is also a piece of red felt within the case. There is a black leather handle on the case. The turn table does turn.

Suitcase record players made record players highly portable and versatile. They became increasingly popular due to record album sales. Which increased due to the popularly of radio in the 1920's and 1930's.
