The first page contains a large gold seal and a border around "Our Marriage Vows". The next three pages include wedding prayers and floral designs. The next pages include a certificate that reads: "This certifies that on the 7th day of June in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Thirty-one at Columbus, Ohio Mr. George Vanis of Portsmouth, O. and Miss Annie Nick Evangelos of Columbus, O. were by me united in Holy Matrimony according to the ordinance of God and the Laws of Ohio" Underneath has three signatures of the witnesses and the officiator. The next few pages include more floral designs and room to write "Guests" and "Wedding Gifts"
